Instructions:

1. Power Off by Pressing Long Press Power Button Select Power Off Then Confirm
2. Press Home Button Power Button Volume up together
3. Now Scroll Down in Apply update from SD Card Press Home Select CWM
4. Now Select Wipe Cache
5. Now Go to Mount and Strorage
6. Select Mount Data and Mount SD Card
7. Now Press Back Button Go to Apply Update from SD-Card
8. Choose Zip form SDCard
9. Find the S4 Icon Pack And Press Home And Confirm Yes
10. After Finish Use Back Button
11. Select Reboot System
